To register as a camper for Camp Crossroads 2013 please fill in the form below. Everyone that registers for Camp Crossroads will receive a Camp Crossroads 2013 t-shirt. The registration form will ask you your shirt size so we can get it right. Don’t wait and register now!
Within a week of filling in the form you should receive a camper packet in the mail. The packet will contain camp policies and specific information and will have a release form which will need to be signed and notarized. This form is a permission form for campers to participate in camp activities such as the high and low ropes and water activities. You may send your check in with your permission form prior to registration and check-in at Camp Grace or alternately, you may bring both your check and signed permission form to registration at the start of camp.
We are working on providing campers with a downloadable version of the camper information packet (including permission form). This should be available on or before June 7, 2103.
